BSB41415 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety

The Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety has been designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to monitor, maintain and contribute to a safe workplace.

You will learn how to identify workplace health and safety hazards, assess and control risks, and consult on WHS issues. This qualification will give you the capability to provide WHS information, as well as monitor and implement new and existing legislative requirements, ensuring increased productivity and profitability.

Entry Requirements

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Trainees must have access to a workplace along with processes and procedures for contributing to WHS implementation.

Pre-Training Review

As part of the enrolment process, LTT will conduct a pre-training review to capture your current competencies including language, literacy and
numeracy.

This ensures that you are making an informed decision about the suitability and relevance of the course you are planning on undertaking.

This process also aids in identifying any support service that may be required.

Government Incentives

Assessment Methods

Assessment will include questions to confirm underpinning knowledge as well as a combination of practical assessment tasks, observation of performance, case studies, scenarios and workplace projects.
