The thing I like most about working at LTT is that I get to work alongside really competent people. From our admin staff through to our trainers and management, it is a pleasure to be a part of an organisation with staff who are all good at their jobs and who strive to do their best by working towards the same goal. The success of the business is something that we can all be proud of because we have all been an important part of it. Prior to joining LTT in 2010, I worked in industry for close to 25 years. Over this time I worked in all levels from Lab Technician through to Laboratory Manager. So, having essentially ‘walked in my trainees’ shoes’, I am able to relate to my trainees in a way that one can only do from having had first-hand experience. I can quickly work out exactly where a trainee is at and I can then tailor the training to suit their particular needs. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach at LTT. I find that my trainees really appreciate the way I am able to cater to their own specific needs.
